VCA held its first Fall Sports Alumni Night on August 8th. Celebrating our current Fall sport teams as well as welcoming back alumni from past soccer and volleyball teams. Kicking off the Fall season, we had a varsity boys versus alumni soccer game, followed by a varsity girls versus alumni volleyball game. Building these relationships with our alumni has been an important step of the athletic department and school. Many of these alumni have gone on to do great things in their communities. Although they may have graduated one, five or ten plus years ago, many of them still have a lot to offer our sport programs and school. We fully plan on bringing back the Fall Alumni Night next year. Thank you again to everyone that helped setup, attended, and celebrated with us. A special thank you to the Kegebein's for DJ'ing the event and Chris Birky and his team for his food truck.
